Job Description:

1. Pre-screen, prepare preliminary analysis and recommend acquisition opportunity for approval by Board of Directors
2. Visit sites of potential projects for data validation and other due diligence required M&A opportunities
3. Lead financial analysts in financial analysis and modeling to conduct initial feasibility analysis and complete required reports for project reviews and pricing sessions
4. Responsible for research and due diligence activities related to mergers and acquisitions. Review of contracts related to the companies acquisitions and ad hoc analysis related to M&A.
5. Oversee all the due diligence activities to ensure the project be executed as set schedule
6. Verify and analyze transactions and representations by reviewing the M&A activities,  and prepare the closing document accordingly

Requirements:

1. Educated to degree level (ideally law or finance)
2. Experience of both acquisition and disposal transactional activity is critical
3. Able to demonstrate strong legal and accounting background and depth of understanding
4. Can demonstrate from previous experience capability in negotiating complex deals
5. Strong leadership and communication skills. Able to lead complex and demanding projects whilst managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams often in multiple legal entities
6. Main is corporate finance, others can bring consultants or in house expert
7. Excellent report writing and presentation skills
8. Able to demonstrate operational and overseas experience and working with multi-cultural and international environments
